The foam core layer is available in various thicknesses from 3-10mm in stock. However, we recommend a minimum wall thickness of 4mm to get the stiffness and strength at a good level. Basically, the higher the wall thickness is the greater the resistance.
The foam tubes can be processed very well, because they provide a continuous solid material to drill into, the stability around the hole remains.
The weight of the tube is about 2.5 to 4 kg / m² depending on the design, wall thickness and material.
For special uses we can make the ends and areas whereever you want in solid construction and the rest can be made with the lightweight cored wall. We are very flexible in many cases, but the ready tubes are not flexible...
The foam models provide good thermal insulation and are available with all surfaces.
